Om dat talent niet verloren te laten gaan, wil Vlaams Parlementslid Ine Tombeur het individueel maatwerk versterken. “Werk geeft structuur, kansen om talenten te ontwikkelen en een plaats in de samenleving. Ook voor mensen met een arbeidsbeperking”, vertelt Tombeur.
